Job Description

Job Title: Management Accountant (12-month Fixed-Term Contract) Role Summary Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insights for senior management in a fast‑paced, operational business. Expectations * 12‑month fixed‑term contract * Blend of in‑office and remote work * Deliver accurate, timely reporting and process improvements Key Responsibilities * Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis. * Develop budgets, forecasts and monitor cash flow. * Support month‑end and year‑end reporting processes. * Analyse key performance indicators for business units. * Ensure timely and accurate financial information to senior management. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance controls and efficiency. * Assist finance team with ad‑hoc projects and tasks. Required Skills * Proven experience as a Management Accountant or equivalent reporting role. * Sound knowledge of accounting principles and management accounting processes. * Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems. * Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability. * High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. * Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred but not mandatory.
