Job Description
**Job title**: System Support Analyst **Role Summary**: Provide technical support for supply chain, procurement, and fleet operations systems, primarily IBM Maximo Purchasing modules. Resolve data and system issues, develop SQL queries and Cognos reports, assist with testing, migrations, and upgrades, and create documentation to improve system reliability and user experience. **Expectations**: - Deliver timely assistance to end‑users and cross‑functional teams. - Diagnose and resolve system errors and data integrity problems. - Support system enhancements, process improvements, and lean initiatives. - Communicate outages, changes, and feature updates clearly to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**: - Maintain and support SCPFO applications and related technologies. - Handle requests in tools such as ServiceNow or Jira, tracking from start to resolution. - Write and execute SQL queries; develop Cognos reports for troubleshooting and analysis. - Participate in testing, production migrations, and system upgrades. - Produce documentation, procedures, and quick‑reference guides. - Document system changes, communicate status, and ensure knowledge transfer. **Required Skills**: - Proficiency with IBM Maximo Purchasing (PR, PO, Contracts) – mandatory. - Strong SQL query writing and Cognos reporting skills – mandatory. - Troubleshooting experience for system and data issues. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of systems support experience, **or** - Associate’s degree with at least 6 years of systems support experience. - Relevant certifications in Maximo, SQL, or business intelligence tools are a plus.
