Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain an AI‑powered commercial property modelling platform built with React, TypeScript, and Next.js. Own end‑to‑end features from interactive financial dashboards to AI‑assisted modeling workflows, ensuring high‑quality, polished user experiences. **Expectations:** - Deliver daily deployments in a fast‑moving, founding‑team environment. - Own product direction, architecture, and engineering culture from inception. - Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and translate user needs into code. - Operate with high autonomy and thrive amid ambiguity in processes and structure. - Comply with existing UK work authorisation (no visa sponsorship). **Key Responsibilities:** - Build complex financial modeling components (cash flow waterfalls, sensitivity tables, scenario comparisons). - Integrate AI features that accelerate assumption building and stress testing. - Create scalable data visualizations for portfolio‑level analysis. - Ensure design‑grade polish, delivering precise, intentional interactions. - Collaborate with product, design, and customer success to refine feature backlog. - Architect solutions that scale for real‑time, boardroom‑ready reporting. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js. - Strong UI/UX sense and attention to product polish. - Experience with interactive dashboards and financial data visualizations. - Knowledge of AI/ML concepts for product integration. - Excellent communication skills; able to discuss technical solutions with customers. - Initiative, ownership, and comfort with ambiguous, evolving product requirements. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field – or equivalent professional experience.
