Property professionals run multi-million pound transactions on spreadsheets that are fragile, hard to read, and impossible to present well. Pantera replaces that entire workflow with an AI-powered platform that makes commercial property modelling fast, visual, and collaborative.

We have 100+ customers including household names in UK real estate.

What you will build:

Complex financial modelling in the browser — interactive cashflow waterfalls, sensitivity tables, and scenario comparisons that today live in brittle Excel macros
AI-assisted modelling — integrating intelligence into the workflow so users can build and stress-test assumptions faster
Data visualisation at scale — portfolio-level analysis across dozens of assets, real-time and boardroom-ready
Design-grade polish — our users make high-stakes decisions, so every interaction needs to feel precise and intentional

You'd ship daily in React, TypeScript, and Next.js. This is a founding engineering role where you shape architecture, product direction, and technical culture from the ground up.

Requirements:

Strong React/TypeScript/Next.js experience
Eye for product craft and UI polish
Comfortable talking to customers, not just writing code
Thrive with ownership and ambiguity over process and structure
Existing UK work authorisation (we can't sponsor visas currently)
