Job Description
Job title: Inside Sales Representative Role Summary: Generate new commercial cleaning business across the GTA through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and lead qualification. Operate field‑based, travel‑heavy role supporting senior leadership in expanding client portfolio and meeting sales targets. Expactations: • Achieve daily outbound call/outreach quotas. • Book qualified meetings and maintain accurate CRM data. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets. • Represent the company professionally at events and client interactions. • Collaborate on development strategies, ensuring pipeline visibility to management. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect new commercial cleaning opportunities citywide. - Conduct cold calls, door‑knocking, email, and LinkedIn outreach. - Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners. - Qualify leads, schedule site visits, and attend tours with Operations Team. - Update CRM with detailed interaction notes and track daily activity metrics. - Follow up consistently, manage extended sales cycles, and research prospects. - Represent company at networking and industry events. - Collaborate on new business strategies and maintain clear pipeline reporting. - Meet sales and quality targets, contribute to recurring contract growth. Required Skills: - Minimum 6 months sales/business development experience. - Strong verbal communication and phone handling skills. - Comfortable with cold outreach, door knocking, and presenting to decision‑makers. - Highly organized, disciplined pipeline management. - Proficient with CRM systems and social platforms (LinkedIn). - Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, persistent, objection‑resistant. - Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation (preferred). - Experience in commercial cleaning, property management, or facilities services is an asset. Required Education & Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Any additional sales or industry certifications preferred but not mandatory.
