We are growing — and we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to help expand our client portfolio and strengthen our presence across the GTA.

Position Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship development, and qualifying leads for site visits and proposals. This is a field-based role requiring travel throughout Toronto and surrounding areas. The Sales Representative will work closely with the Senior Director of Operations and Owner to align new business opportunities with operational capacity and service excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and prospect new commercial cleaning opportunities across the GTA

· Conduct cold calls, door knocking, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting

· Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners

· Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the Operations Team

· Attend prospect site meetings and tours when required

· Maintain and update CRM records with detailed notes on all interactions

· Follow up consistently with leads over extended sales cycles

· Research prospective clients to tailor outreach messaging

· Collaborate with leadership on new business development strategies

· Represent B.O.S. Cleaners at networking and industry events (including occasional evenings and weekends)

· Track daily activity metrics (calls, meetings booked, pipeline value)

· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Daily call and outreach targets consistently achieved

· Monthly target for qualified meetings booked achieved

· CRM updated accurately and consistently

· Professional representation of B.O.S. Cleaners at all times

· Clear and organized sales pipeline visible to management

· Strong internal communication with Operations and leadership

· Growth in recurring commercial contracts secured

Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum 6 months experience in sales, business development, or client-facing role

· Strong communication and phone skills (required)

· Comfortable with cold outreach and door knocking

· Confident presenting services to decision-makers

· Highly organized and disciplined with pipeline management

· Proficient with CRM systems and social platforms

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented

· Able to manage time effectively in a field-based environment

· Persistent and resilient when handling objections

· Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation (preferred)

· Experience in commercial cleaning, property management, or facilities services is considered an asset.

Working Conditions

· Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday)

· Field-based role requiring frequent travel throughout Toronto and GTA

· Occasional evening and weekend availability for networking or prospect meetings

· Primarily outdoor and client-site work

Physical Requirements

· May be required to lift marketing materials or equipment up to 50 lbs

· Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods

· Ability to conduct site walk-throughs of commercial and industrial properties

Compensation

· Base Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 annually

· Performance-based incentives/commission structure
