Job Description: Job Title: Marketing and Communications Officer Role Summary: Plan, produce, and evaluate internal and external communication initiatives that promote the organization’s mission, values, and services across multiple regional sites. Expectations: - Deliver clear, engaging content in Dutch and English, and support French communication. - Manage projects from concept to post‑launch review, ensuring on‑time delivery. - Maintain brand consistency and adapt messaging for diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategic communication and marketing plans. 2. Create and curate written and visual content for internal newsletters, external campaigns, and stakeholder outreach. 3. Collaborate with HR on employer‑branding efforts targeting diverse workforce segments. 4. Establish and refine communication workflows, processes, and project management tools. 5. Coordinate with regional teams and external partners to align messaging and deadlines. 6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and report insights to senior stakeholders. 7. Support ad‑hoc communication requests and iterate on emerging ideas. Required Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication (Dutch & English; basic French). - Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred. - Proficiency in SEO best practices and geo‑targeted content optimization. - Strong project management skills: prioritization, delegation, and stakeholder management. - Creative problem‑solving, independent initiative, and collaborative team orientation. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Marketing, or related field. - Professional certifications in digital marketing, content creation, or project management are advantageous.
