**Job Title** Business Manager **Role Summary** Lead boutique operations to drive sales, uphold luxury brand standards, and develop client relationships. Oversee inventory, team performance, and clienteling strategies to maximize business growth. **Expectations** - Execute and optimize business strategies aligned with brand KPIs. - Grow client base through proactive clienteling, events, and CRM outreach. - Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for visual merchandising, stock accuracy, and hygiene. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory and plan activations. **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and KPIs. - Manage inventory, including stock counts, replenishment, and gift-with-purchase programs. - Plan and execute retail activations, trade campaigns, and in-store events. - Maintain brand protocols for counter and promo site housekeeping, product displays, and safety. - Train and develop team capabilities to deliver luxury client experiences and meet sales targets. - Update CRM databases with client profiles (80% capture rate) and manage client feedback resolution. - Submit accurate sales and performance reports weekly/monthly to management. **Required Skills** - Strategic business planning and client relationship development. - Luxury retail operations and visual merchandising expertise. - Inventory management and demand forecasting. - Exceptional clienteling, CRM management, and personalized service delivery. - Strong sales acumen, data analysis, and performance reporting. - Team leadership and staff development. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or retail (preferred). - Certifications in luxury retail operations, CRM systems, or brand compliance (preferred). - Advanced product knowledge and proficiency in sales analytics tools.
