Account Manager
**Role Summary**
Serve as the primary liaison for partner accounts, building and maintaining long‑term relationships while driving revenue growth through upsell, cross‑sell, and performance optimization. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance to deliver seamless partner solutions, manage contracts, and provide data‑driven insights that align partner goals with company objectives.
**Expectations**
- 3–5 years in account management, partnership or business development with proven ability to nurture existing relationships.
- 3+ years in marketing‑aligned account management, delivering data‑driven growth campaigns that enhance upsell, retention, and client lifetime value.
- Demonstrated communication, presentation, and influence skills at all organizational levels, including C‑suite executives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact for all partner account matters, ensuring satisfaction and value delivery.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities (upselling, cross‑selling, program optimization).
- Conduct regular account reviews; analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance for partner onboarding, compliance, and campaign execution.
- Negotiate contract renewals/amendments and ensure accurate contract compliance.
- Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records; track KPIs (impressions, engagement, redemptions, traffic, ROI).
- Deliver post‑campaign reports, insights, and optimization plans.
