Senior Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary**
Lead design, development, and maintenance of custom Salesforce solutions. Deliver scalable, secure integrations and implement Salesforce best practices while providing technical guidance, performing code reviews, and ensuring system health. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce architectures.
**Experience Expectations**
5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Proven track record of building and integrating complex Salesforce solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, code, test, and deploy Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and related integration logic.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce architecture that meets performance and compliance requirements.
- Develop, consume, and manage Salesforce APIs, integration endpoints, and data migration workflows.
- Participate in and enforce CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and quality gates for Salesforce releases.
- Monitor and optimize system health, performance, and data integrity.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and collaborate with product, business analysis, and data teams.
- Document solutions, configuration, and integration patterns for knowledge sharing.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and data migration tools.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, and scalability patterns.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes (Git, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, or equivalent).
- Solid problem‑solving abilities and experience delivering tailored business solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile development mindset and experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent hands‑on experience); Platform Developer II preferred.
