Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Salesforce Developer, located in Victoria, BC, Sydney, Australia or India. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing and developing Salesforce custom solutions, managing system integrations, and implementing best practices for Salesforce development. Additional tasks include providing technical guidance, performing code reviews, maintaining system health, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet business requirements.
Qualifications
Expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration tools
Proficiency in designing scalable and secure Salesforce architecture
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes within a Salesforce environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver tailored solutions for business needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
A Salesforce Platform Developer certification or equivalent experience
Experience in Agile methodologies and working knowledge in similar ERP, CRM systems, or cloud-based platforms is preferred
