Job Description
Job Title: Executive Assistant Role Summary Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, acting as liaison among partners, principals, clients, and government offices. Manage calendars, meetings, travel, facilities, and office technology while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards. Expactations - Maintain timely and accurate information flow. - Uphold discretion and ethical processes. - Demonstrate initiative, organization, and time management. - Handle physical tasks such as lifting 10–20 pounds and navigating stairs. Key Responsibilities - Serve as primary contact between partners, principals, clients, and external agencies. - Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings, including hybrid technology setups. - Arrange domestic international travel and accommodations. - Coordinate dining arrangements for clients and contacts. - Oversee office supplies, equipment, printer/copier operation, and facility repairs. - Assist leaders with technology needs (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Apple products, Canva). - Plan, stage, and facilitate office fundraisers, receptions, and hybrid conference calls. - Maintain a stock of office supplies and ensure smooth office operations. Required Skills - Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. - Capitol Hill experience mandatory. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint). - Skilled in virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx). - Experience with Apple products, associated applications, and Canva. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong discretion and confidentiality. - Excellent organizational, initiative, and time‑management abilities. - Familiarity with office equipment and computer operation. Required Education & Certifications - Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent. - Preferred: Undergraduate degree.
