**Job Title:** Account Executive – Technology Sales **Role Summary:** Drive end‑to‑end sales of SaaS technology solutions, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Build and nurture client relationships, deliver compelling demos, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs and achieve revenue targets. **Expectations:** - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. - Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and foster long‑term account growth. - Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and collateral. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers via calls, email, and events. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs. - Negotiate terms, draft contracts, and manage the complete sales cycle. - Develop and optimize sales funnels, pipelines, and forecasting reports. - Create sales enablement materials such as presentations and case studies. - Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts; upsell and cross‑sell. - Collaborate with Product, Development, and Marketing to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap. - Track activities and outcomes in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B SaaS sales experience (≥2 years), with a record of hitting targets. - Strong prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking abilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). - Ability to design and manage sales pipelines and forecast accurately. - Team‑player mindset with cross‑functional collaboration experience. - High adaptability to fast‑paced, startup‑like environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Relevant sales or CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a plus but not mandatory.
