Job Description
Job Title: Engagement Manager Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end client programs in go‑to‑market strategy, capital raising, government relations, and strategic communications, serving as the primary client liaison and ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction. Expectations: Deliver portfolio of projects on time, within scope and budget; demonstrate strong ownership, client focus, and strategic execution; manage and develop a small team of analysts. Key Responsibilities: • Own multiple client engagements from kickoff to close. • Lead client relationships, serving as the main point of contact. • Translate strategic objectives into actionable work plans and deliverables. • Manage analysts and junior team members, providing guidance and performance feedback. • Support go‑to‑market initiatives and growth strategy development. • Execute capital strategy activities, including data room management and funding processes. • Design and implement government relations and stakeholder engagement plans. • Develop communications and media strategies, messaging, and outreach campaigns. Required Skills: • 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, public affairs, communications, investment, or high‑growth environments. • Proven project or workstream leadership with tangible results. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities. • Excellent written and oral communication. • Comfortable interacting directly with senior stakeholders and clients. • Ability to manage and develop a small team. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, political science, economics, or a related field. • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, or industry‑specific credentials) are a plus.
