The Role

We are hiring an Engagement Manager to lead client files end-to-end. You will own the day-to-day delivery of engagements across go-to-market strategy, capital raises, data rooms, government relations, and strategic communications and media relations.

This role sits between Analyst and Principal and is responsible for turning strategy into real outcomes while acting as the primary point of contact for clients.

What You Will Do

Own multiple client engagements from kickoff through execution
Lead client relationships and delivery quality
Translate strategy into actionable workplans and deliverables
Manage analysts and junior team members
Support go-to-market initiatives and growth strategy
Lead capital strategy execution, including data rooms and funding processes
Drive government relations strategy and stakeholder engagement
Lead communications and media strategy, messaging, and outreach

What We Are Looking For

You bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, public affairs, communications, investment, or high-growth environments, and:
Proven ability to lead projects or workstreams with real ownership
Strong strategic and execution capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders

Bonus if you have previous consulting experience.
