Job Description

**Job Title:** AI Enablement Engineer **Role Summary:** Engineer AI-driven development processes, ensuring AI-generated code meets production standards while accelerating engineering velocity and maintaining security. **Expactations:** - Raise AI code production rate and quality. - Demonstrate end-to-end shipping using Claude Code or equivalent. - Build and maintain tools that improve AI workflow efficiency. - Secure AI workflows and code output. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review AI‑generated pull requests, flagging production‑readiness issues. - Coach engineers on prompting, spec writing, and AI workflow best practices. - Ship features directly with AI agents to model optimal agentic development. - Implement and maintain security scanners (Semgrep, Dependabot, etc.) and secure AI agent infra access. - Automate code review and common AI error detection tools. - Contribute to system architecture to enable effective AI agent integration. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience shipping complex projects using agentic AI coding tools (Claude Code). - Strong code comprehension across large, unfamiliar codebases. - Ability to recognize common AI coding pitfalls (hallucinated APIs, context drift). - Security awareness of common vulnerabilities and secure coding practices. - Proficiency in at least one of: Go, TypeScript, Python. **Required Education & Certifications:** None specified.
