Job Title: Sales Executive Role Summary: Drive high‑ticket sales for a business automation consultancy, targeting new clients across multiple industries. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and fostering long‑term client relationships. Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations, while continuously updating market intelligence to refine strategies. Expectations: - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets set by the organization. - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and close high‑value deals. - Develop and sustain mutually beneficial client relationships that drive repeat business. - Operate largely independently, managing own schedule in a commission‑based structure. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify prospects through cold calling, networking and market research. - Build and manage a dynamic sales pipeline, reporting progress against targets. - Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations, tailoring solutions to client needs. - Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms satisfy both client and company objectives. - Provide exceptional post‑sale customer service to maximize client satisfaction and loyalty. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adjust tactics and stay ahead. Required Skills: - Proven track record in high‑volume or high‑value sales. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. - Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, with a proactive mindset for opportunity identification. - Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office suite. - Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities efficiently. - Continuous learning orientation and adaptability to changing market conditions.
