**Job title:** Account Executive
**Role Summary:**
Lead and close high‑value enterprise SaaS deals with brands and e‑commerce retailers. Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract finalisation, delivering multi‑site, multi‑country agreements while managing complex stakeholder landscapes (Procurement, Legal, Security, IT, C‑Level).
**Expactations:**
- Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build a predictable pipeline of qualified enterprise accounts.
- Maintain 95 %+ pipeline hygiene in HubSpot (MEDDPICC, forecasting, risk scoring).
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with founders, product, CRO/CSM to secure signatures and launch solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute account plans for strategic enterprise portfolios.
- Conduct multi‑threaded outreach: identify decision‑makers, influencers, and build coalitions across Digital, E‑Commerce, Product, Data, IT, Security, Legal, Procurement, and C‑Level.
- Apply MEDDPICC to discover pains, business impact, buying criteria, procurement process, risk, timing, and sponsors.
- Deliver compelling demos and value stories (ROI, quick wins, experimentation roadmap).
- Drive the full sales cycle: action plans, next steps, mutual action plans, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare post‑sale launch.
- Keep CRM data clean and forecastable; update stages, risks, and close plans.
- Contribute to sales enablement: refine pitches, battlecards, playbooks, and best‑practice documentation.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven senior AE experience closing enterprise SaaS deals (long cycle, multi‑stakeholder).
- Expertise in account‑based prospecting, negotiation, and end‑to‑end sales management.
- Structured approach using MEDDPICC, close plans, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence C‑Level stakeholders.
- Autonomous, results‑driven, collaborative mindset.
- Preferred: background in e‑commerce, retail, martech, CRO, UX analytics, or A/B testing.
- Experience with multi‑country/multi‑site contracts and complex procurement processes.
- Ability to quantify ROI (business cases, conversion gains, revenue uplift, payback).
- Fluent English for negotiations and communications.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in SaaS sales, CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) or sales methodology (optional but desirable).
