Job Description
Job Title: Key Account Manager – France Role Summary: Field-based account leader responsible for building and driving growth of Pharmanovia’s portfolio in the Paris and Southwest (Bordeaux) regions. Serves as primary contact for healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and payers, ensuring compliant promotion and robust account coverage. Expectations: • Achieve sales targets and market share growth within assigned territory. • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with corporate objectives and regulatory standards. • Cultivate long‑term, trust‑based relationships with prescribers, pharmacists, and hospital decision‑makers. Key Responsibilities: • Prioritize and manage accounts, identifying new business opportunities through direct engagement with key stakeholders. • Design and implement account plans, product offerings and therapeutic education tailored to customer needs. • Deliver product and therapeutic knowledge, detailing, and negotiate sales terms with hospital pharmacies. • Forge and maintain relationships with KOLs, decision‑makers, and administrative staff at major hospitals. • Ensure all activities comply with GMP, GDP, GVP, and French regulatory requirements (Promotional Information Charter). • Share insights and best practices within the France Commercial team. Required Skills: • Proven experience in KAM within the pharmaceutical sector (≥3 years). • Strong strategic planning and territory-management skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities. • Knowledge of French healthcare system, payer dynamics, and regulatory compliance. • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with a patient‑centric focus. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration or related field. • Valid pharma‑KAM or pharmaceutical sales certification preferred.
