**Job title:** Sales Support Representative
**Role Summary:**
Acts as the central liaison among customers, sales teams, supply chain, and warehouse operations. Supports daily order entry, customer service, and logistics coordination to ensure accurate, timely processing and shipment of orders while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Order Desk & Customer Service**
- Maintain order desk inbox; enter and validate orders in the ERP system, confirming product availability, pricing, ship dates, and special instructions.
- Respond to customer and dealer inquiries (phone/email) regarding stock checks, product/application support, Dealer Portal assistance, order status, and shipping details.
- Coordinate with Territory Managers on order issues, backorders, samples, special requests; process changes, cancellations, and returns per policy.
- Provide dealer support and telephone coverage across Canada for the Order Desk and Sales Support Team.
2. **Front‑Office & Reception**
- Manage front‑office duties including office supply inventory, guest greetings, and workspace cleanliness.
3. **Logistics & Shipping Coordination**
- Arrange pickups and shipments with warehouse and third‑party carriers; prepare shipping documentation (pick lists, packing slips, bills of lading).
- Verify shipping instructions (LTL, courier, prepaid, etc.), track shipments, enter tracking data, and communicate ETAs to internal teams.
- Assist with transportation bookings, freight method selection, and carrier compliance.
4. **Inventory & Records Management**
- Support inventory control activities: cycle counts, stock adjustments, discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain accurate records for orders, shipments, and customer accounts; manage sample receipt and notify sales teams upon arrival.
5. **Cross‑Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure smooth workflow and timely information exchange.
6. **Continuous Improvement & Team Engagement**
- Participate in team meetings, huddles, one‑on‑ones, and training sessions; contribute ideas for process improvement and enhanced customer experience.
7. **Other Duties**
- Perform additional general duties as required.
**Required Skills:**
- 1–3 years of customer service, office administration, or logistics support experience.
- Excellent time‑management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for internal and external stakeholders.
- Sharp attention to detail with ability to handle shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred), CRM systems an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in French/English preferred but not required.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- High‑school diploma or equivalent; or associate degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
- No mandatory certifications; experience certifications in customer service, logistics, or ERP usage considered a plus.
