Job Description
Job title: Export Sales Manager Role Summary: Lead and manage export sales operations, develop international market strategies, build and maintain client relationships, negotiate agreements, and ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded. Expactations: • Achieve & surpass set sales targets • Expand market presence and share • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations • Foster strong client satisfaction and loyalty Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute export sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives - Identify, evaluate, and pursue new international markets and opportunities - Negotiate sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms with overseas customers - Manage and nurture key customer relationships to secure long‑term partnerships - Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline status - Ensure adherence to international trade laws, export regulations, and company policies - Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, and logistics to support sales initiatives - Provide regular market intelligence and competitive analysis to senior management - Represent the company at international trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings Required Skills: - Strategic business planning and development - Deep knowledge of export operations and international trade regulations - Proven experience in international sales management - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Excellent cross‑cultural communication and interpersonal abilities - Bilingual proficiency in French and English (additional languages are an advantage) - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
