Role Description

We are seeking a qualified Export Sales Manager for a full-time hybrid position based in Fernelmont. In this role, you will lead and manage export sales operations by developing international markets, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and negotiating sales agreements. You will also be responsible for creating business strategies tailored to international markets and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. The role combines on-site presence at our Fernelmont offices with the flexibility of working from home for part of the schedule.

Qualifications

Proficiency in business planning and strategic development
Experience in export operations and international trade regulations
Strong capabilities in sales and international sales management
Understanding of global business practices and cross-cultural communication
Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
Proficiency in French and English; additional language skills are an advantage
