Your role

As an International Sales Engineer, based in our Flemish HQ in Mechelen, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships across multiple European countries. You combine strong commercial skills with an interest in innovative, data-driven solutions.

After a comprehensive onboarding and training program, you will:

Build and grow an international customer portfolio across Europe
Identify and develop new commercial opportunities with industrial clients
Understand customer business challenges and translate them into tailored I-care solutions
Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, marketing) and local sales colleagues
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
Travel approximately 20–30% of your time across Europe for customer visits, meetings and events
Contribute actively to international revenue growth and strategic sales objectives

Your profile

Higher education in business, economics, marketing or a related field
1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work independently in an international context
Interest in technology and industrial environments
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
Willingness to travel regularly (20–30%) within Europe
