**Job Title:** Head of Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Lead the marketing function for a high‑value B2B SaaS company, building a predictable revenue engine through strategic positioning, demand generation, and performance analytics. Work closely with Executive, Sales, and Product teams to deliver pipeline and CAC efficiency, support enterprise sales cycles, and enhance brand positioning in a competitive tech market.
**Expectations:**
- Own and execute a data‑driven marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
- Deliver measurable pipeline contribution and improve marketing ROI.
- Build technically credible thought leadership and support sales enablement.
- Align Marketing, Sales, and Product on messaging, metrics, and account‑based initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement marketing strategy and execution plans.
- Own demand generation across digital, content, events, and outbound channels.
- Create advanced product positioning, messaging, and technical content.
- Drive account‑based marketing (ABM) for enterprise customers.
- Enhance funnel performance, CAC, LTV, conversion, and payback metrics.
- Lead marketing operations, automation, and performance analytics.
- Manage and mentor internal marketing team and external agencies.
- Produce technical collateral for sales enablement (solution briefs, whitepapers, webinars, etc.).
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology‑led businesses.
- Marketing of complex or technical products to technical and commercial decision makers.
- Understanding of long/consultative sales cycles.
- Experience building marketing around pipeline targets, not just MQLs.
- Strong grasp of marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, payback period).
- Ability to communicate architecture, integrations, and technical value to both technical and business audiences.
- Expertise in ABM, enterprise marketing, and sales‑marketing alignment.
- Leadership experience managing teams and agencies.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, ABM, or SaaS marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, etc.) are advantageous.
