Job Description
Job title: Head of Commercial Role Summary: Lead the integrated commercial function for a portfolio of branded hotels, driving revenue growth, margin improvement and market share gains. Oversee Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Distribution, and Digital teams, aligning global brand strategies with local market performance. Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with senior leadership to shape business direction. Required Skills: - Proven experience as Head of Commercial or Commercial Director in a multi‑property branded hospitality setting. - Strong leadership and team‑building skills with ability to operate at an executive level. - Deep knowledge of revenue management, pricing, distribution, and demand generation. - Analytical mindset with confidence making evidence‑based decisions in complex environments. - Creative and commercial thinking to integrate marketing campaigns with revenue strategies. - Values‑led leadership style that fosters trust, accountability, and high performance.
