Job Description

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Master Data Process Lead (Hands‑On) Role Summary: Lead the design and implementation of business‑as‑usual (BAU) master data processes in a post‑go‑live SAP S/4HANA environment. Drive governance, data ownership, and user capability to ensure accurate, consistent master data across finance, sales, manufacturing and supply chain functions. Expectations: - Deliver end‑to‑end master data workflows and operating models. - Safeguard data quality and governance through defined controls. - Enable business users via training and guidance on SAP S/4HANA GUI/Fiori. - Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define clear data ownership and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Define and document master data creation and maintenance processes for Material Master, Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, etc. - Map and embed a structured operating model for ongoing master data management. - Work cross‑functionally with manufacturing, sales, finance, and supply‑chain teams to establish data ownership. - Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into structured data processes. - Upskill business users on SAP S/4HANA interfaces for master data handling. - Establish governance controls to ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Support hyper‑care and post‑go‑live activities, ensuring smooth transition to BAU. Required Skills: - Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA master data expertise (Material Master, Business Partner, Customer, Supplier). - Proven experience designing and embedding BAU master data processes. - Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into structured data processes. - Experience in post‑go‑live/hyper‑care environments. - Comfortable operating at the intersection of business process and SAP system capability. Desirable Skills: - SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) experience. - Manufacturing or supply‑chain domain experience. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. - SAP S/4HANA certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA) preferred.
