Job Description: Job Title: Manager of Sales Development Role Summary: Lead and manage an inbound SDR team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance to drive pipeline generation and revenue outcomes. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Generation to align strategies and maintain high-quality processes. Expectations: 1–3 years of leadership experience with BDR/SDR teams in a tech or SaaS environment; proven record of exceeding stretch goals; top 10% performer in previous role; data‑driven hiring of high‑potential SDRs; self‑starter with ability to execute independently; high energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop SDR talent. - Design and implement individualized development plans for each rep. - Coach and mentor the team to consistently achieve or surpass targets. - Build and refine SDR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Generate and manage a robust pipeline, driving revenue outcomes. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Generation to align objectives. - Track and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed. Required Skills: - SDR recruitment and hiring (scientific, data‑driven approach). - Coaching and mentorship of sales teams. - Pipeline management and quota attainment. - Process design and continuous improvement. - Cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation. - Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Self‑starter with high energy and proactive attitude. - Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo preferred.
