The role

You'll lead an inbound SDR team in Montreal, hiring great people, coaching them to crush their targets, and owning the pipeline they generate.

Recruit, hire and develop world-class SDR talent
Build individual development plans for every rep
Drive pipeline and revenue outcomes across the team
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing & Demand Gen
Build the processes that make the team consistently great
Sell a product that 12,000+ companies already love

What we need from you

1–3 years leading BDR/SDR teams at a tech or SaaS company
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding stretch goals
Top 10% performer in your current or past role
Scientific approach to hiring 'A' player SDRs
Self-starter who executes without hand-holding
Thrives moving fast, high energy, positive attitude
Strong communicator
BA degree or higher
