Job Description
**Job Title** Head of Consumer Sales **Role Summary** Lead Villa’s direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) sales organization, scaling the ADU, Altadena rebuild, and Neighborhoods by Villa portfolios. Drive multi‑channel growth, manage Home Consultant teams, broker and lender partnerships, and collaborate with marketing, estimating, legal, and operations to deliver high‑quality customer experience and revenue growth. **Expectations** - Scale the D2C sales organization and exceed quarterly revenue targets. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across targeted geographies. - Deliver clear performance reporting and KPI dashboards. - Align sales strategy with company OKRs and cross‑functional initiatives. - Champion customer experience through consultative selling and end‑to‑end touchpoints. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and coach the Home Consultant team, driving daily activity, pipeline health, and conversion rates. - Own end‑to‑end sales cycle for D2C ADU and single‑family projects, ensuring accurate proposals, contracts, and closing. - Oversee sales performance of Neighborhoods by Villa developments, coordinating marketing, pricing, and customer journeys with internal teams. - Maintain and evolve relationships with partner brokerages, selecting and evaluating brokerage models and strategies. - Manage relationships with partner lenders, ensuring SLAs, financing terms, and customer satisfaction. - Ensure data integrity and disciplined outreach within Salesforce, managing campaign and pipeline processes. - Partner with marketing to develop and iterate consumer content, campaigns, and messaging for target personas. - Work with estimating, legal, and preconstruction teams to validate project feasibility from inception to contract. - Coordinate with design and operations to refine model home experiences and develop new product offerings. - Provide subject‑matter expertise on products, services, and processes to customers and internal teams. - Travel as needed (≈10 %) for broker and client meetings and industry events. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership and coaching capability for sales teams. - Strong consultative and complex‑cycle sales experience, preferably in housing or construction. - Deep understanding of multi‑channel sales strategy and digital customer experience. - Excellent stakeholder management across brokerages, lenders, marketing, legal, and operations. - Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and data‑driven performance analysis. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable sales plans and OKRs. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field. - Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sales leadership, with 3+ years managing D2C or consumer‑direct automotive/housing sales. - Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar are advantageous.
