**Job title**: User Experience Researcher (Quantitative) **Role Summary**: Drive data‑driven UX insights by designing, executing, and analyzing large‑scale behavioral experiments and surveys to inform product optimization. **Expectations**: - Deliver actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and design. - Maintain rigorous experimentation standards and provide clear reporting to cross‑functional teams. - Coordinate with product, engineering, and analytics stakeholders to implement findings. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on digital experiences. - Build and administer intercept surveys to capture real‑time user perception. - Utilize session replay tools (Glassbox, FullStory) to diagnose friction points. - Interpret data from analytics platforms (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Optimizely) and present insights. - Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to embed research outcomes into prototyping and iteration cycles. **Required Skills**: - 3+ years in quantitative UX research or equivalent data‑analysis role. - Hands‑on experience with Adobe Target for experimentation. - Proficiency with session replay platforms (Glassbox, FullStory). - Survey design and intercept testing using Qualtrics. - Advanced SQL, R or Python coding for data manipulation and statistical analysis. - Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and analytics software (Amplitude, GA). - Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain complex findings to non‑technical audiences. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field. - Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in analytics, data science, human factors, or a related discipline is desirable but not mandatory. - Valid certifications in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Target) are a plus.
