Quantitative UX Researcher (Quant UXR) - New jersey

We’re looking for a data‑driven UX researcher who can turn large‑scale behavioral signals into clear, actionable insights. You’ll shape product decisions through experimentation, surveys, and analytics—helping teams build experiences that truly work for users.

What You’ll Do

Run A/B and multivariate tests to measure UX impact
Build and analyze intercept surveys to capture user perception
Use session replay tools (Glassbox, FullStory) to uncover friction

Must Have

3+ years in Quant UXR or similar
Hands‑on Adobe Target experimentation
Experience with Glassbox/FullStory
Survey + intercept testing in Qualtrics
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration
Proficiency with SQL, R/Python, Tableau, Amplitude/GA/Optimizely, etc.

Nice to Have

Experience in regulated industries
Knowledge of MaxDiff, Conjoint, clustering
Experience using AI to accelerate research
Advanced degree in analytics, data science, human factors, or related fields
