Job Description
**Job Title:** Director of Finance **Role Summary:** Executive finance leader responsible for accurate, timely consolidated financial reporting, IFRS compliance, and strategic financial planning. Manages KPI monitoring, quarterly strategic review (QSR), forecasting, and financial analysis of new product initiatives. Works closely with business and functional leaders to align pricing, contracts, and budgeting with corporate objectives. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly consolidated reports in accordance with IFRS. - Own the QSR process, ensuring robust forecasts, WIP, and professional services oversight. - Execute action items from QSR reviews and provide senior management with financial performance insights. - Lead pricing strategy development and new deal evaluation. - Maintain expertise in Adaptive Insights, OpenAir, Salesforce, and Great Plains. - Travel up to 25% within North America. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor customer contract metrics and enforce KPIs. - Conduct quarterly strategic reviews, preparing forecasts, cost analyses, and WIP updates. - Oversee month‑to‑month and quarter‑to‑quarter consolidated financial reporting and ensure IFRS compliance. - Analyze financial impact of new product initiatives (cost assessment, revenue forecasting, lifetime profitability). - Coordinate with functional leads to ensure bids, contracts, and financial terms meet corporate parameters. - Report financial performance to Executive Team and Senior Management. - Mentor and develop finance team members. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities. - Clear communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Proven leadership experience managing finance teams. - Proficiency with Adaptive Insights, OpenAir, Salesforce, and Great Plains. - In-depth knowledge of IFRS (software accounting preferred). - Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field. - CPA certification preferred. - Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience in a high‑tech or similar industry, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
