Build and execute partner strategies, close multi‑stakeholder deals, and transition the role into full team leadership. **Expectations** - 6+ years in business development or strategic partnerships, with 4+ years closing complex enterprise deals. - Proven track record of generating and closing revenue‑generating partnerships in SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, or insurtech. - Ability to operate at the C‑suite level and manage end‑to‑end campaigns delivering measurable results. - Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally (EMEA, LATAM, APAC) and work across time zones. - Based in the Tristate area and available for onsite engagement as needed. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and scale the partnership function from executive‑level to full team. - Act as executive sponsor in high‑stakes customer meetings and partner engagements. - Develop and execute account strategies for enterprise and resale partners across multiple verticals. - Build landing page strategy, customer journey maps, and partner campaign execution plans. - Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. - Maintain deal history, pipeline status, and partner context to inform cross‑functional alignment. - Work with Product, Engineering, and Field Operations to align partnership strategy with company priorities. - Establish KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics for partnership outcomes. - Contribute to broader company initiatives and mission‑driven projects as needed. **Required Skills** - Strategic thinking with quantitative and analytical rigor. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills at the C‑suite level. - Operational expertise in managing complex workflows and campaigns to on‑time, on‑budget delivery. - Proficiency in CRM platforms, data visualization, and presentation software. - Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field. - MBA (preferred). - Certifications in sales or partnership management (e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management, Certified Business Development Professional) not required but advantageous.
