Job Description
Job title: Sales Account Representative – Trim Role Summary: Lead key account management and new business development within the automotive trim sector, serving as the primary liaison between the company and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Expectations: * Drive revenue growth and maintain profitable customer relationships. * Execute end‑to‑end acquisition projects with a high degree of autonomy. * Demonstrate proficiency in English and German; travel as required. Key Responsibilities: * Represent customer-specific requirements and interests, acting as the central interface between the company and OEM partners. * Oversee project lifecycles from pre‑series to series production and spare parts, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality. * Prepare and manage quotations, contract reviews, follow‑ups, and negotiations collaboratively with internal teams. * Lead change management processes, including commercial assessment, negotiations, and implementation of technical modifications. * Strategically plan and conduct customer relationship management activities. * Monitor business performance, identify deviations, conduct competitive analyses, and collect customer data for sales and marketing planning. Required Skills: * Proven sales management experience in the automotive industry (≥3 years). * Knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, or quality management for trim components. * Strong analytical abilities for complex and evolving tasks. * Initiative, independence, and teamwork orientation. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust-based relationships. * Willingness to travel as required.
