Reporting directly to Sales Manager, our future Sales account representative will be responsible for key account management, new business pursuits, and customer support…
Key Responsibilities
Act as the central interface between the company and our customer, representing the customer-specific requirements and interests
Oversee ongoing projects—from pre-series to series production and spare parts—while maintaining direct contact with the OEM
Take responsibility for the successful execution of acquisition projects
Independently prepare quotations in collaboration with internal departments and manage contract reviews, quotation follow ‑ ups, and negotiations
Handle change management processes, including commercial assessment, negotiation, and implementation of technical product modifications
Strategically plan and conduct customer relationship management as part of your core responsibilities
Monitor business performance by identifying deviations, conducting competitive analyses, and gathering customer ‑ related data for sales and marketing planning
Key Skills And Qualifications
Degree in engineering or business administration
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales management within an automotive company
Initial knowledge in product development, manufacturing processes, or quality management for Trim
Enjoy taking initiative and working independently within a team
Ability to analyze complex and evolving tasks
Enjoy building customer relationships and establishing a trustful cooperation basis
Willingness to travel as required
Proficiency in both English & German languages, spoken and written
