Job title: Lead DevOps Engineer Role Summary: Deliver technical leadership across Microsoft‑centric DevOps platforms, design and manage infrastructure roadmaps, guide and coach DevOps teams, and champion best practices to support the organisation’s transformation and technology strategy. Expectations: Lead platform evolution, drive technical consolidation, manage risk, align solutions with business and technology objectives, and mentor engineers in adopting modern DevOps methodologies. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and evolve Kubernetes‑ and AWS‑based platforms. - Create and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code pipelines using Terraform or equivalent tools. - Develop and execute roadmaps for platform enhancements and major technical change. - Collaborate with development teams to deploy new services and ensure seamless integration. - Champion DevOps practices, tooling, and continuous delivery processes. - Provide technical coaching and leadership to DevOps engineers and operational staff. - Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks across the IT Operations Practice. - Coordinate with Transformation & Technology teams to align solutions with strategic goals.
