Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring requirements are captured, prioritized, and translated into actionable deliverables while contributing to overall client satisfaction and project success. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality client support and communication across multiple stakeholder levels. - Demonstrate proactive organization and a strong willingness to learn ServiceNow platforms and methodologies. - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product backlogs and project documentation. - Aim for continuous professional growth toward senior client‑facing roles. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as trusted advisor: gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions. - Support delivery teams: collaborate with consultants and architects to align solutions with client goals. - Manage product ownership tasks: assist in backlog grooming, prioritization, and stakeholder expectation management. - Conduct business analysis: document processes, user stories, and functional specifications. - Participate in client success activities: monitor satisfaction, adoption, and uptake of delivered services. - Pursue mentorship and learning opportunities with senior ServiceNow leaders. **Required Skills:** - 1–3 years experience in a ServiceNow‑related role (administration, development, analysis, or consulting). - Strong stakeholder management and verbal/written communication abilities. - Proven capability to capture, analyze, and convert requirements into actionable outcomes. - Highly organized, proactive, and self‑motivated with a strong interest in ServiceNow’s business impact. - Basic understanding of project coordination and delivery processes. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). - ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator) desirable but not mandatory.
