Job Title: Azure Engineer / Architect Role Summary: Deliver and evolve secure, resilient, and compliant Azure cloud foundations and associated services supporting large digital transformation initiatives across multi‑cloud environments. Expectations: 6‑month contract with potential extension; environment is hybrid & multi‑cloud; responsibility spans API platforms, SRE, developer experience, and data analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable API ecosystems, microservices, and integration layers using Azure API Management and Kubernetes. - Architect and evolve Azure cloud foundations based on SRE principles: reliability, observability, automated incident response, and compliance. - Modernise CI/CD pipelines, SCM governance, and developer experience platforms (GitHub Actions/Workflows, Azure DevOps). - Build and secure Azure Databricks and analytics environments, implement data governance, network isolation, and access controls. - Standardise architecture patterns, adopt best practices, and provide technical guidance across cross‑functional teams. - Monitor platform health, performance, and security; develop threat models and resilience strategies. Required Skills: - Deep expertise in Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, Azure AD, networking, IAM). - Kubernetes in Azure (AKS, Helm, GitOps). - API gateway and microservices architecture (API Management, OpenAPI). - Site Reliability Engineering fundamentals (monitoring, alerting, incident management, SLO/SLA). - CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Terraform). - Source control best practices (branching, governance). - Secure workspace design, networking, and access governance for Databricks and other data platforms. - Data governance, compliance, and observability best practices. - Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred). - Azure Administrator Associate or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (optional). - Azure Data Engineer Associate (preferred for Databricks roles).

Job Description
**Job Title:** ServiceNow Configuration Manager **Role Summary:** Manage and govern the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for a large enterprise, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and alignment with business needs while supporting BAU operations and facilitating controlled change delivery. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality CMDB configuration and governance within a 6‑month contract (potential extension). - Provide BAU support and act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and change management. - Operate in a hybrid environment (1‑2 days onsite in London). - Maintain compliance with ITIL‑aligned change and release processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB and related data models (CSDM). - Govern configuration and release processes, ensuring adherence to standards and audit requirements. - Support day‑to‑day BAU incidents, requests, and problem resolution within ServiceNow. - Collaborate with change management to plan, assess, and implement controlled changes. - Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices, data integrity, and platform scalability. - Participate in service mapping initiatives and assist with documentation of configuration items. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Configuration Manager or equivalent role. - Strong BAU support background in enterprise ServiceNow environments. - Hands‑on experience with ITIL‑aligned Change Management processes. - Deep knowledge of CMDB, Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and ServiceNow data structures. - Experience governing configuration and release processes in large‑scale settings. - Familiarity with ServiceNow Service Mapping (preferred). - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - ServiceNow System Administrator certification (required). - ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
