ServiceNow Configuration Manager

6 month contract

£400 - £500 per day (Outside IR35)

ASAP Start

Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in London

We have an opportunity for a ServiceNow Configuration Manager for an initial 6 month engagement, with possibility for longer extensions due to the scope of work.

You will be responsible for managing ServiceNow CMDB configuration, supporting BAU operations and enabling controlled, high-quality change delivery across the organisation. This includes close collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders and change functions to ensure the platform is robust, scalable, and aligned to business needs.

As a ServiceNow Configuration Manager, you must have the following experience:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Configuration Manager or similar role
Strong background in BAU support within enterprise ServiceNow environments
Hands-on experience with Change Management processes (e.g. ITIL-aligned)
Deep understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow data models
Experience governing configuration and release processes in large-scale environments
Familiarity with ServiceNow Service Mapping is desirable
