**Job Title:** Marketing and Account Manager **Role Summary** Integrate strategic marketing and account management to drive business development, international client retention, and cross-functional collaboration in a global consulting environment. **Expectations** Operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-border consulting environments while translating technical solutions into market-facing narratives and delivering measurable business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, content) to achieve business growth targets. - Create thought leadership content, case studies, and marketing materials across four transformation pillars. - Manage and optimize digital presence (website, social media, email, marketing automation). - Act as primary client relationship manager for assigned accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. - Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and coordinate cross-functional solution delivery. - Support proposal development, RFP responses, and market expansion strategies for MENA and APAC regions. - Monitor client satisfaction metrics, report on marketing ROI, and maintain CRM systems. **Required Skills** - Digital marketing expertise (channels, automation, analytics tools). - CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software proficiency. - Multilingual/cultural agility for UK, US, MENA, APAC markets. - Strong client relationship management and stakeholder negotiation. - Data-driven decision-making (KPIs, marketing analytics). - Content creation and storytelling capabilities. - Cross-functional teamwork and strategic problem-solving. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Preferred: Master’s degree, CIPD, CIM, or similar certification.
