Job Description
Job Title: Mid‑Market Account Executive (German/English) Role Summary: Own the entire end‑to‑end sales cycle for enterprise SaaS solutions targeting mid‑market technical teams across Europe, driving pipeline development, negotiation, and closure, while building strategic relationships with engineering, DevOps, and IT stakeholders. Expectations: * Close 4‑figure deals (average €35–45K ARR) within a 2–3 month sales cycle. * Maintain a quota of at least €600K ARR, consistently in the top 10 % of the sales team. * Exhibit strong hunter mindset, generating outbound lead velocity and inbound conversion. * Deliver actionable customer feedback to product and strategy teams. Key Responsibilities: * Qualify and negotiate inbound leads and outbound opportunities. * Develop, test, and scale outbound tactics to sustain a repeatable pipeline. * Build and nurture long‑term relationships with decision‑makers in DevOps, Engineering, and IT. * Drive sales efficiency through process improvement, content creation, and tooling. * Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success. * Provide market insights that inform roadmap decisions. Required Skills: * 4+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, with proven success in mid‑market, 4‑figure deals. * High quota attainment of ≥€600K ARR and history of top‑10 % performance. * Strong technical acumen (experienced selling to technical stakeholders or background in coding/engineering). * Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities and execute independently. * Fluent in German and English; written and verbal. * Hunter mindset with proven outbound sales track record. * Experience in open‑source, developer tools, PLG or Series A‑C startups (bonus). Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. No mandatory certifications.
