**Job Title:** Network Relations Manager (Male/Female) **Role Summary:** Lead and develop a hybrid team within the Paris Network Relations Centre, responsible for delivering automotive financing (DIAC) to clients and dealerships. Execute strategic objectives, oversee operational quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including digital transformation projects. **Expectations:** - Deliver strong customer service while managing team performance. - Apply hybrid leadership to guide staff in remote and in‑office contexts. - Embrace change, fostering confidence and trust within the team. - Communicate effectively in French and English. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Translate executive strategy into actionable plans and monitor team dashboards. 2. Set team targets, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with corporate KPIs. 3. Coach, motivate, and evaluate team members, promoting excellence and a positive work culture. 4. Ensure consistent application of procedures, compliance, and quality standards. 5.
