**Role Summary**
Lead the customer acquisition strategy for a fixed-term maternity cover, driving valuation enquiries across all acquisition channels. Own performance optimisation for digital, direct mail, SEO, PPC, and other channels, ensuring Foxtons is the first choice for property transactions.

- Deliver measurable growth in acquisition metrics within budget.
- Optimize acquisition across multiple revenue streams and customer segments.
- Lead testing of new channels, creative, offers, and pricing.
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Exemplify data‑driven decision making, strategic commercial acumen, and stakeholder collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and report on performance marketing strategies for digital, direct mail, SEO, PPC, and portals.
- Forecast lead generation, set targets, and manage budgets.
- Coordinate agencies and internal teams for campaign roll‑outs and optimization.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns and always‑on acquisition plans.
- Ensure consistent messaging and regulatory compliance across all touchpoints.
- Lead a team of 3 (1 manager, 2 executives) and manage agency partners for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with Marketing Director and other Heads to align acquisition plans with overall marketing strategy.
- Deliver analytical insights and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
**Required Skills**
- Senior‑level acquisition/performance marketing experience.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑channel digital, direct mail, SEO, PPC, and portal campaigns.
- Experience in the property market or a related high‑growth industry.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
- Strategic thinking with a commercial focus on business growth.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance for marketing communications.
- Proficiency in performance optimisation tools, CRO, and marketing technology stacks.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or performance marketing preferred (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
