Job Title: Senior Manager, Revenue Operations
Role Summary:
Lead the design, execution, and optimization of revenue operations across the global sales organization, driving scalability, system integration, and analytics to support efficient customer journeys from lead to revenue.
Expectations:
- Oversee global Sales and Channel Operations team.
- Partner with CRM, sales tech, and finance functions to build a unified, accurate sales tech stack.
- Deliver high-quality commercial reporting, forecasting, and analytic insights to inform GTM strategy.
- Implement disciplined sales processes, lifecycle workflows, and SLA alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring continuous improvement across end-to-end revenue execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and optimize sales technology stack (Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, order management, forecasting, lifecycle tools).
- Define, implement, and refine sales processes: opportunity management, quoting, approvals, renewals, and channel workflows.
- Own commercial reporting, dashboards, and analytics (funnel, pipeline, bookings, customer health).
- Support accurate pipeline inspection and forecasting for GTM planning.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to guide growth strategy and resource allocation.
- Enforce discipline and data consistency in CRM usage, opportunity review, and account planning.
- Integrate sales, marketing, and customer success processes to align handoffs and SLAs.
- Create and streamline end-to-end customer lifecycle workflows.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Enablement, Finance, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders to improve productivity and revenue execution.
- Partner with Sales leadership on territory design, target setting, and incentive structures.
Required Skills:
- Extensive Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ expertise.
- Deep knowledge of order management, P.O.s, invoicing, and commercial workflows.
- Advanced forecasting, pipeline inspection, and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) and advanced Excel.
- Proven project management and process improvement experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable leading global teams in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of sales/revenue operations experience with significant Salesforce ownership.
- 5+ years of people management experience, including global teams.
- Subscription and/or consumption-based sales model experience preferred; consulting experience a plus.
