**Job Title:** Product Marketing Manager **Role Summary:** The Product Marketing Manager acts as the conduit between game development and broader marketing functions, driving go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for new launches and ongoing live‑game operations. The role shapes positioning, orchestrates launch plans, manages promotional calendars, monitors market trends, and ensures alignment across internal teams and external licensors. **Expectations:** - 3–5+ years of experience in gaming or entertainment product marketing. - Demonstrated success launching new titles and executing live‑ops campaigns. - Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with A/B testing experience. - Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills. - Fluent in English; French fluency is highly desirable. - Creative problem‑solving ability and passion for the gaming industry. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Launch GTM Strategy** – Define positioning, market analysis, USP development, pre‑order and launch day plans, and post‑launch livemarketing. 2. **Store Publishing & Team Collaboration** – Coordinate store publishing, partner with Community, PR, User Acquisition, Influencer, ASO teams, and nurture licensor relationships for cohesive campaigns. 3. **Live Game Marketing Roadmap** – Identify activation windows, craft innovative campaigns, oversee execution of the annual roadmap, and validate assets with licensors. 4. **Discount & Promotion Management** – Build and manage discount calendars, set rates, leverage promotional tools, run A/B tests, and analyze sales performance for optimization. 5. **Market Intelligence** – Track industry trends, monitor competitor activity, and extract actionable insights for product and marketing decision‑making. **Required Skills:** - Product marketing and launch execution in gaming/entertainment. - Live‑ops marketing and roadmap development. - Data analysis, A/B testing, and performance metric interpretation. - Cross‑functional stakeholder management. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Project management and prioritisation under tight deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or Licensing Management) considered a plus.
