**Job Title**: ServiceNow Developer
**Role Summary**: Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules to support enterprise IT infrastructure, with expertise in workflows, integrations, and ITIL-aligned solutions.
**Expectations**: Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and ITSM/CMDB implementations. Immediate availability required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, configure, and customize ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and CMDB modules (Discovery, Service Mapping).
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Maintain CMDB data integrity, CI class structures, relationships, and reconciliation.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Configure Service Catalog items, request workflows, and SLAs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Test, debug, and document ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance while ensuring compliance.
- Align all development with ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
**Required Skills**:
- ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB module expertise (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio.
- Experience with Service Portal customization, UI development, and API integration methods (REST/SOAP).
- ITIL process knowledge and workflow automation.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- **Mandatory**: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- **Preferred**: Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CMDB), ITIL v4 Foundation.
