Eton Bridge Partners is working with a Professional Services business that needs support with a major Due Diligence project. Having seen rapid growth over recent years, they are now looking to the next stage of their development, which requires an Interim M&A FDD Specialist ideally for a 6-9 month period.

Location: London

Day Rate: 600-650pd

Key Responsibilities:

M&A Financial Due Diligence
Data room preparation and management
Managing accounting queries around the M&A transaction
Coordination of external advisors
Financial Modelling
Ad-hoc requirements around the transaction

Candidate Profile:

Must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ CA)
Must have worked in a Top 10 accounting practice/ advisory firm
Must have transaction services / corporate finance experience
