About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join our agile team supporting internal and external systems. This role is a balanced mix of new feature development and ongoing application maintenance. You'll work across the stack--building responsive frontends and robust backends--while collaborating closely with a small, dynamic team.

Must-Have Qualifications
* 5 years proficiency in modern JavaScript Frameworks (ES6+)
* 4 years of experience with Node.js and RESTful API development
* 2 years of experience with Vue.js for building dynamic UIs
* Working knowledge of SQL fundamentals and database design
* Hands-on experience with AWS for deployment and infrastructure management
* Familiarity with Git workflows and collaborative development practices
* Experience with task management tools like Jira and Confluence
* Excellent communication skills--able to work independently and translate business needs into technical solutions

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks
* Build responsive user interfaces with Vue.js
* Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless data integration
* Work with SQL databases to query, design, and optimize data storage
* Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
* Collaborate using Git for version control and code management
* Participate in daily stand-ups, requirement gathering, and full SDLC activities
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
* Contribute to code reviews and team knowledge sharing
* Partner with cross-functional teams including data science, product, and engineering
* Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements
