Mode Search is excited to be partnering with a global, design-led fashion brand to appoint a Sales Order Administrator to join their friendly and fast-paced team. This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week) ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with strong systems knowledge and a passion for fashion operations.

This role plays a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of sales and product data across internal systems, supporting smooth cross-functional communication and ensuring seamless operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately set up and maintain product and order information across internal systems.
Manage shared communications and incoming requests from various departments.
Ensure timely processing, input, and updates of all sales-related data.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and support workflow accuracy.
Provide system and administrative support as needed.
Conduct regular data integrity checks and contribute to stock and order tracking.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an administrative or data-driven role.
Strong familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning), especially across modules such as Sales, Production, or Accounts.
Ideally, experience working specifically with Sales Order processes (e.g., raising or managing sales orders).
Exposure to PLM systems (Product Lifecycle Management) -- experience with Blue Cherry is a significant advantage.
Previous experience within the fashion industry is highly desirable.
Exceptional data administration skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
