Are you a natural business builder -- hungry, self-motivated, and ready to make a big impact?

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in the wholesale sector, selling our bespoke own-brand ranges to builder merchants and specialist retailers across the UK.

This isn't just another sales role. It's an opportunity to shape growth strategy, develop new accounts, and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers -- while also expanding sales within our existing customer base.

What You'll Do

Win new business: identify, target, and secure new wholesale and retail accounts
Grow existing accounts: confidently sell new and complementary ranges to current clients
Spend 3 days on the road meeting clients, and the 2 other days driving leads, booking meetings, and engaging key decision makers and working on Strategy.
Work closely with (and potentially manage) a team of three office-based sales and account managers, ensuring leads are converted and relationships are maximised
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain exceptional customer service
Report on progress, sales performance, and customer development through CRM

Requirements

A confident, ambitious salesperson who thrives on winning new business

A proactive self-starter who's passionate about growth, results, and building strong customer relationships
Willingness to travel nationally (with reduced travel as the team expands)
