Ready to bridge the gap between finance and tech?

We're partnering with a global trading business looking for a Finance Product Analyst / Business Analyst to support the Structured & Trade Finance (STF) team in their digital transformation journey.

This isn't your average BA role -- think data-driven, Jira-powered, and collaborative to the core. You'll be leading the charge in improving how the business manages collateral, funding, and global finance workflows, working side-by-side with Devs, Treasury, Risk, Compliance and more.

What You'll Be Doing:

Scoping and leading digital initiatives to enhance STF processes
Working with dev teams to bring Jira backlogs and user stories to life
Analysing finance data to spot bottlenecks and drive automation
Collaborating across departments to streamline systems and reporting
Supporting testing, implementation, and go-lives of key projects
Work with the Data team to identify and scope financing reporting requirements.
Along with the Product Owner for STF, work with other Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to ensure that business/systems requirements are understood and aligned with STF requirements.

What You'll Need:

Experience as a Finance Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager
Knowledge of structured/trade finance, treasury, commodities or similar
Strong data analysis and Excel skills
Experience using Agile methodologies, Jira, and writing user stories
A natural at stakeholder management and process improvement

Bonus Points For:

Exposure to international banking, trading or supply chain environments
PRINCE2, Scrum, Kanban, or anything else that keeps projects flowing
Experience working with UX Designers, Devs and QA teams
